Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our microgreens, delivery, and growing practices

What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed. They are packed with nutrients and flavor, making them perfect for adding to salads, sandwiches, and as garnishes.

How fresh are your microgreens?

We harvest our microgreens fresh and deliver them within 24-48 hours to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value. Our microgreens are never stored for more than a few days.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Greater Vancouver and surrounding areas. This includes Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and nearby communities.

How often do you deliver?

We deliver twice weekly to ensure you always have the freshest microgreens. Orders placed before 2 PM will be included in the next delivery cycle.

Are your microgreens organic?

Yes, we use organic growing practices and organic seeds. Our hydroponic system allows us to grow without soil while maintaining organic standards.

How long do microgreens last?

When stored properly in the refrigerator, our microgreens typically last 7-10 days. We recommend storing them in a sealed container with a slightly damp paper towel.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! We offer bi-weekly subscriptions that ensure you never run out of fresh microgreens. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

What's the difference between single varieties and mixes?

Single varieties contain one type of microgreen, while our mixes combine multiple varieties for a more complex flavor profile and nutritional diversity. Mixes are perfect for those who want variety in every serving.
